On Tap at the Bellingham Brewery Golden with a small white head. SOme of that classic farmhouse yeast aroma. Mild malty flavors and a littel freuity spicy sweetness. Dry and clean;

Draught at the brewery
Hazy golden color. It has a partial character of sour mash, I donβt know how much intended; not much malt to talk about; maybe some spices, but the yeast did some job here that has nothing to do with a traditional Saison, resulting in the classic sweet and fruity North American imitation, plus the light sourness.
Not pleasant.

Light gold, biscuity and with a light dried floral character, sweet on the palate, and in that regard it needs to ferment more, develop those flavours,

On tap at Wander, pours a clear yellow with a tiny head. Aroma brings out a ton of apples, some residual sugars, and a touch of farmhouse yeast. Flavour is identical, with loads of apples - not a very complex saison at all. Quite bad really - poor apple saison.

Draft - Grass, lime, orange, banana and spice. Cloudy orange with a decent head. Ketchup, citrus and a long light sour finish.
