It is an aggressive Witbier, brewed with 50% wheat then delicately spiced at the end of the boil with dried Curacao Bitter Orange Peel, Sweet Orange Peel and Coriander. We add Hops 3 times to balance the crisp refreshing flavors of this unique brew! Refreshing, smooth, this is a great beer for late summer and early fall.

Draft - Citrus, banana and coriander. Hazy. Gold with a decent white head. Banana, coriander, citrus and a nice little bite to balance. Not bad.

On tap at the brewpub. Light, hazy yellow pour, with a medium, white head. The aroma is nice citrus, biscuit dough, coriander, and white bread. The flavor is mellow sweetness and light hop bitterness. Light to medium body, sticky, and a little graininess. Overall, this is a fairly hoppy witbier. Tasty, but not as refreshing or crisp as a normal witbier.

Sampled from the tap at Prado location. Pours a clear gold with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has a decent amount of clove and flora with under sweet grain and hay. Flavor begins with a good amount of clove and sweet grains with a hint of underlying flora.
