Draft - Lots of wheat and coriander. Cloudy yellow with almost no head. Slightly tart up front, followed by sweet lemon and wheat. Lavender is pleasant addition, little of the yeast profile. Sweet finish.

On tap in a flight at the Brewpub. Cloudy, pale yellow color, with a medium, white head and great lacing. Smells musty, with hay, herbs, and lemonade. The flavor is citrusy sweetness, with a light sour bite in the finish. Light body, crisp, and sticky. Overall, this is a mellow and refreshing witbier. Very well made, and true to the style.
