Pint at the brewpub. Dark, ruby color, with no head. The aroma is lemon zest, light raspberry, rose water, and a touch of savory spices. Sweet and citrusy, lightly sour, and maybe just a little too salty. Light body, very acidic and puckering, and crisp, yet surprisingly clean on the palate. This is a solid, unique, and delicious gose. Startling color, brilliant nose, and almost perfect flavor.

Draft - Lemon, salt, white grape and a bit herbal. Cloudy gold with a rich but thin white head. Slightly tart and salty, coriander and a clean slightly salty finish. Very nice.
