On tap at Big Texas Beer Fest. Pours a hazy yellow with thick white head. The aroma is yeast, floral, honey. Medium body, honey, yeast, banana, citrus, light finish, very good.

Canned. Clear golden, brief head. Aroma of coriander and citrus marmelade. Mid sweet with medium-full body and rounded mouthfeel. Marzipan and marmelade, lightly peppery. Fairly low bitterness. Solid.

Crisp golden coloured body with a thin off-white head. Aroma of alcohol, light malt, herbs, flowers and a little sweetness from honey. Light to Medium-bodied; Strong herbal and grassy flavours at first with some malt and alcohol noticeable and a dry finish. Aftertaste is deep and herbal with a very dry character showing some malt and a good deal of alcohol still - rather pungent. Overall, a decent saison with less of a herbal quality and more of a simple dry malt flavour with more alcohol than normal, but there is something that should be said about these Four Corners Cans - they are amazing, easily the best beer vessel iβve purchased in a long time, if not ever. I sampled this twelve ounce pull top can purchased from Specβs in Dallas, Texas on 01-September-2015 for US$2,09 sampled at home in Washington a few minutes after finishing the USMC Marathon on 25-October-2015.

Draft - Lemon and some spice with a touch of yeast. Cloudy gold with a rich white head. Apricot and similar fruit, touch of banana and clove and a sweet finish. They obviously used German Hef yeast and not enough of anything else to give it real saison flavors.
