Blades and axes may grow dull after many battles, but the Hammer of the Holy only strengthens from the copious remains of the Undead in its wake. We take our Undead Party Crasher American Imperial Stout and age it in 100% premium rum barrels, resulting in Hammer of the Holy. Sweet and subtle rum notes mix with the full flavors of dark and smoked malts.

Bottle - Rum, roast malts and chocolate. Jet black with a brown head. Sweet dark chocolate and a roasty bitterness. Nice if a little sweet.

Bomber poured to tulip. Boozy aroma. Mild, smooth rum taste underlying coffee, chocolate and roast malt. The smoke in the description is subtle along with hint of vanilla. Creamy soft palate. Very smooth. Very smooth.

Bottle poured into a wine glass. Pours dark black with light brown hues through light. Two finger tan head with decent lacing around the glass. Aroma of caramel, chocolate, roast, dark fruit, light rum. sweet nutty toffee. Tasting notes of dark chocolate, rum, bitter coffee, molasses, slight dark fruit, light smoke/tobacco. Rum barrel character is nice and not overpowering. Goes down very smooth with just a hint of heat.
