Opaque, dullish colour, sticky and sweet, banana, a little bubblegum. Underattenuated, so it comes across basic.

22 oz. bottle. Hazy, dark orange color, with a medium, persistent, off-white head. The aroma is orange pulp, walnuts, mushy bananas, and leather. The first note is sweet, but it quickly becomes off-dry, with a mellow bitterness and just a hint of sour. Light to medium body, chewy, thick, and fizzy. This is a really nicely done hefeweizen. Good yeast character and balance.
