Rebellion was created by Bear Republic’s brewers as a single hop pale ale to showcase the characteristics of new hop varietals and old favorites. Always brewed with the same American and English malts, the soft malt character allows the unique flavor and aroma of the hop to shine.
Aromas of peach and pear, a herbal and fruity hop flavor, and a smooth bittering profile round out the tasting experience of this experimental hop from the American Dwarf Hop Association breeding program.

Draft - Grassy and light citrus. Pale gold with a thin head. Grains, grass and a bit of bitterness. Clean finish. Very drinkable, but not quite an IPA. Good pale ale.

On tap at Bear Republic, pours a clear pale golden with a medium white head. Aroma smells of pot, herbal hops, and some pear. Flavour brings out hempy hops, earth, and toasted malt in the back. The pot-like hops are quite strong - very pleasant flavour profile. Solid pale ale.
