I find this funny, in an area that is starved for hoppy beer, one of the hoppiest i’ve had from around here is considered an APA? Great grapefruit, and citrus aroma with a touch of skunky hops, but i like that in a big hoppy beer. THe flavor is very well balanced with the malt that is really adding a much needed back bone, i really like this.

Sampled on draft at the brewpub this beer poured an orange-amber color with a large soapy white head that left a bit of lacing. The aroma was tangy and sweet fruity hops. The flavor was tangy, bitter, sourish and off with egg white an yeast. Medium length finish. Medium body. Meh.

Draft - Orange and pine hops. Clear gold with a thin white head. Orange, resin and pine with a mellow bitterness. A well balanced mellow cask, but nothing special.

Cask at C’est What, Toronto
Cloudy amber color, with small sized creamy head. The aroma is mild, with some malt and caramel, and hops. Smooth mouthfeel; good malt flavor, light toffee, some residual sweetness, fruity hops and more yeast than expected. There is a light apple touch.
Interesting, pleasant, with a British accent.
