If your wish is for hops, then this is your genie in a bottle. Awesome aromas of citrus, pine and fruit, finished with heaps of hoppy bitterness.

Draft - Sweet grapefruit and candy floss. Clear gold with a thin head. Candy floss hops and a pith grapefruit bitter finish. Great NWIPA, hoppy, bold and a nice sweet balance.

Surprisingly average - a cut above the rest of their beers. Some hoppy citrus smell in the beginning - classic west coast hops with minty tang. Pours clear. Finish is bitter and tangy. Give credit where credit is due. On tap at brewpub.

2010-04-01, 2 years old bottle from 2008 (the one shared with the Danish crew), 7-4-7-4-15=37
Hazy light amber color; small creamy head. The aroma is still hoppy, maybe creamy, nice. Good, sweetish, caramel and toffee flavor, strong, with resiny and interesting hopping. Correct bitterness. The freshness may be gone, but it’s still a solid and interesting beer.

2010-03-27, fresh bottle, 7-4-8-4-16=39
Cloudy Amber color; thin head. The hop is delicate, fruity and earthy, sweet, a bit buttery, maybe vanilla. Mellow caramel flavor, some toffee, sweet; the mouthfeel is soft and round; the hopping starts timidly, and rises, with toffeish and biscuity notes, soft resins, light bitter oranges. Long final.
Considering the drinkability, the freshness, the sweetness of this IPA, combined with a light British touch, it’s an excellent one.

650mL bottle, pours dark amber with a white head. Aroma of caramel malts, toffee and hops. Flavour is very sweet for an IPA - caramel, apricot, orange, and hops. Certainly doesn't taste like a standard IPA - very nice.

Bottled. An amber beer with a lazing orangey head. The aroma has notes of straw, hops, malt, and some citrus fruits. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, citrus, and hops, leading to a bitter finish. Not really an IPA
