Buckwheat honey and hints of coriander make this light pale ale a crisp and refreshing brew, served with a slice of lime.

On tap at Freddy's, pours a clear pale yellow with a small head. Nose brings out faint honey and substantial coriander. Flavour brings out a healthy mix of honey and coriander. Smooth balance of flavours here. Good stuff.

Draft - A lime added as instructed. A lot of lime and a touch of honey. Clear pale gold with a nice white head. Mellow grains, light honey and lime acidity. Without the lime this is likely much better.

Draught at the brewpub; luckily without lime
Cloud amber color; creamy head. Mild malt, biscuity aroma. Sweetish flavor, with a nice spicy profile, beyond just the coriander; correct bitterness. Simple but pleasant.

Golden colour. Very soft visible carbonation. Spicy aroma - lots of coriander, slightly floral. Spicy coriander set against sweet pale malts. Very creamy. Sweet finish.
