Amber with a slight haze. Very overt ginger on the nose like what you’d see with a Jamaican ginger soda. Strong ginger taste. Underlying malt is nothing special - normal amber ale stuff - but it’s enough to tell you that it’s not a soda. That won’t be for everyone but I like ginger beer (soda), so I like this too.

Hazy golden color. The aroma is a bit herbal (sage and rosemary). The mouthfeel is dry, with the flavor of decent Pale Ale, a moderate touch of ginger plus some herbs; in the final the bitterness is correct and mingles with the ginger spicyness. Although not my favorite style, it has been brewed with grace and will match many dishes.

Sampled at Brewery Creek, pours golden yellow. Intense ginger on the nose with a slight hop bite. Flavour is essentially like taking a bite of pure ginger. Maybe the best example of this I've had, though still not overly my thing.
