On tap at the brewpub. A clear, golden beer with a white head. Pale malts, banana, some sweetness and a touch of tropical fruits in the aroma. It’s soft and medium to full bodied, with banana, pale malts sweetness, some tropical fruits and a spiced hint. Long, fruity finish. Sure a pleasant one, although a tad sweet to be really quenching. 130813

Draft - Lemon, grains, coriander and bit of horse blanket with some yeast. Pale cloudy yellow with minimal head. Lemon, grass, coriander and a very dry finish. A little ho hum for a saison.

Commercial version, on tap at BAM Fest. Pours with a clear golden body with a thick, lasting white head. Aromas are a bit pungent, rainy, citrus, orange peel, lots of esters. Crisp, grassy and lightly spicy. Very floral. Flavors are light, crisp, grassy, grainy, light ester notes reminiscent of citrus. Spicy, estery. Very dry and nicely put together.
