On tap at Garage Project 91 Aro. Pours pale gold. Rose, coriander, cloves, bubblegum, lemon juice, quite earthy. Yeast has just taken over everything, no balance.

On tap at the Beer Baron. It pours a yellow gold color with an off white head. The aroma has apple, pear and light grains. The flavor is the same. Fruity pear with lighter notes of apple and a decent amount of soapy yeast. A bit fuller bodied for the style than expected. Ok.

A hazed blonde saison with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light banana esters, cloves, nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light grassy hops, orange pulp, coriander notes, smooth and quaffable. On tap at brewery.

Sample at the Long Beach brewpub. Clear golden color with a medium thin bone white head that diminishes steadily to an outer ring. Short strings of lacing. Aroma of citrus, yeast and herbs. Medium body with flavors of citrus, pale malts and herbal yeast. The finish is fruity with a mild hoppy aftertaste. Decent overall.

Keg at Beachwood BBQ, Long Beach, 17/04/14. Lightly hazed pale yellow with a moderate white head that retains well. Nose is citric peel, grass, light spice, lemon rind, yeast esters. Taste comprises strog lemon vibes, yeasty tones, spice, clove, straw - pretty much as the nose - trying to think of something different to say but struggling! Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok saison.
