7th Feb 2017: on a flight at the Long Beach brewery. Bright golden pour, white head. Herbal like aroma with a mild yeasty ester or two. Solid malty base to the spicy taste, semi-sweet fruit bread came to mind in the flavours. Different and enjoyable.

Draft - Lots of grain and a slight sweetness. Pale clear gold with a nice rich head. Wheat and the typical Belgian yeast profile. Slight bitterness ans spice balance the beer nicely. A great patio beer.

On tap at the brewpub. Clear golden hue with a full, creamy white head. Long lasting, retentive, great lace. Aromas are spicy, phenol driven yeast, herbaceous hops, black peppery, malty, bready, mild esters. Dry on the nose. Flavors of nectarines, dry, unripe pear, pepper, sage, phenols, fruity, herbal hops. Biscuity malt character. Very nice. Lively, bubbles, dry. A nice, drinkable belgian.
