Bottle from Liquor Depot, Banff. It pours light orange, with a thin white head. The nose is sweet tangerine, orange, stickiness, pear and alcohol. The taste is sticky, citrus rind, tangerine, grapefruit, fruit polos, cough syrup and alcohol, with a lightly bitter finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Pretty boozy and bit too thin for my liking. Rough around the edges....

Bottle - Bread, spice and alcohol on the nose. Really unusual and not what I would expect from a double IPA. Clear copper with a minimal head. Sweet malts, bread and hay to start. There is a back of the throat bitterness that follows and lingers. Not my cup of tea and not quite what I would expect from a 2xIPA.
