WHHHHHOOOOOAA, dude. All you need are some tasty waves, a cool buzz and you’ll be fine. Not sure if we can help you get tubular, but we surely can help with that cool buzz part. This spicy French Saison gets spicier with massive additions Rye to the mash and a few pinches of Thyme in the kettle. The result is a humungous wave of flavor Spicoli would ride with relish. And always remember – People on ‘ludes should not drink

Growler: Lightly hazy gold with a large, foamy white head. Yeast, thyme, rye scent. Spicy rye malt, caramel, lemon flavour. Nice soft yeastiness, but bright and refreshing. Could be used to revive Brooke Shields after a near-drowning event.

Draft. Thyme, musty yeast, lemon, rye malt, and dry hay aroma. Cloudy golden yellow with moderate head. Moderately sweet citrus, rye malt, yeast, and mildly bitter dry spicy hay flavor. Great body and balance. Bonus points for the reference - since you're here and I'm here, doesn't that make it OUR time? I'm definitely fine.

Draft at the Hop and Hound. Being one of my all time favorite movies I had to get this beer. Would have anyway. Clear golden pour with a thin film head. Heavy herbal aroma. Flavor is very cool throughout. Almost minty. Herbal throughout. My experience with thyme is limited, so I cant be positive, but the rye is present. Lingering cool finish. Fun beer. There is a really lame pun that I want to use here, but I’ll spare the embarrassment. If anyone is reading this, and wants to know, I’ll message it back. Overall, the beer is good, but I like the movie better.

Pine Box Rock Shop, Brooklyn tap: pours deep golden with a white head. Aroma is rye, hay, farmhouse smells, slight spice, pale malts. Taste is a little sweet. Rye thing going on for sure. Bitterness and dryness around the finish. Mild aftertaste. Not bad.
