Hooper in the Cage is a dry hopped wine barrel aged Golden Ale aged with brettanomyces and mango. Golden orange in color and slightly hazy, the initial head dissipates quickly. Aromas and flavors of tropical fruit are prominent with mango as the star. Medium bodied with a creamy mouthfeel, this beer has a strong fruit backbone with hints of rye and finishes smooth.

Draft. Musty hay, orange, mango, biscuit malt, and citric acid aroma. Golden yellow/orange with moderate head. Very sweet orange/pineapple/mango, biscuit malt, moderately sour citric acid, and moderately bitter orange peel/hay flavor. Good body and balance. Very nice.
