Not very pils-like, more of a pale ale with a grainy toasted malt backbone and moderately floral hops on the finish. Mild citrus notes cut through the slightly smoky malts, while the back end drifts more to piney hops than the green Noble funkiness you want in a pilsner. Pours straw gold with a brief white head and modest lace. Creamy feel is almost too smooth for the style, but not quite. Eh.

Can. Earthy grass, orange peel, and biscuit malt aroma. Hazy golden yellow with large white head. Mildly sweet orange, biscuit malt, and moderately bitter earthy grapefruit peel flavor. Good body.

Draft: Slightly hazy bright gold with a white head. Lemon, grain, citrus aroma. Taste is light and tingly citrus..... moderately bitter pils malt.. Very nice...... good balance with the pils and hopping.
