Bottle: Hazy, raspberry red with a pinkish-white head. Scent is raspberry, sour cherry. Taste is REALLY dry.....mixed berries, light, semi-sweet vinegar. .....While I wouldn't know a Chokeberry if I....well....choked on one.....I really liked it....a nicely different sort of berry flavour and pleasant dryness makes it a very satisfying sour.

Bottle. Chokeberry (kind of a raspberry-black currant combination), malt, vinegar/sour milk, and hay aroma. Ruby red with a moderate pink head. Mildly sweet berry, malt, moderately sour vinegar, and mildly bitter hay flavor. Nice body and balance. Nice combination. / 5-17-25 - Batch DD-16, Bottled Date Dec 2016. Nice fruit aroma and flavor. Mild sourness - less now then when fresh. Still nicely drinkable.

Torst: pours pinkish red with a white head. Aroma is berries, funk. Taste is sour berries with a strong underlying dryness or something. Interesting flavor profile from a berry that is not used much in beer. Hard to explain.
