Lemon, biscuit malt, and hay aroma. Pale yellow with moderate white head. Moderately sweet citrus, biscuit malt, and moderately bitter hay flavor. Good body. Solid.

Willebecher draft at Bircus Brewing Company in Ludlow, Kentucky. The pour is clear copper with a clean white one inch head. The aroma is the proper mix of noble hops and clean cracker malt. The taste is on point, fresh noble hop, clean cracker malt and a clean mineral finish. The palate is light bodied, low carbonation and the clean hop and mineral finish.
