24 ounce can. 6.23.20. Hazy amber, large foamy offwhite head, good retention. Aroma of grain, lemon. Taste is lemon, grain. Thin, kinda simple. But impressive for Labatt.

Draft: Poured a light clear yellow lager with a medium size white foamy head with OK retention. Aroma of light citrusy hops notes with light sweet notes also perceptible. Taste is a mix of light dry floral undertone notes of citrus hops with some sweet notes also perceptible. Body is light with good carbonation. Better than expected but still a bit too light on hops for my taste.

Sampled on draft this beer poured a yellow gold color with a large foamy yellow-white head that left a bit of lacing. The aroma was tart citrus and cactus. The flavor was tangy and sweetish with light orange and cactus. Medium length finish. Medium body.

Sample at Liberty Tavern. The beer is a hazy pale amber color with a thin frothy off-white head that dissipates quickly to an outer ring. Short strings of lace. Aroma of grassy hops, citrus and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of mild hops, citrus and grainy malt. The finish is mildly bitter with a short citrusy hop aftertaste. Slightly above average overall.

Can: Slightly hazy, yellow-gold with a big white head. Aroma of soft, mixed citrus and grains. Taste is mildly bitter citrus-peel, grain malt. Pretty nice.....comes across like a mild, dry, APA....clean and tasty.

16 ounce can into lager glass, canned on 1/9/2019. Pours lightly hazy/cloudy medium golden yellow color with a 1 finger dense and rocky off white head with fantastic retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of big red grapefruit, tangerine, lemon, peach, pineapple, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, guava, blueberry, gooseberry, citrus peel/rind, peppercorn, pine, cracker, white bread dough, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and moderate pale malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big red grapefruit, tangerine, lemon, peach, pineapple, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, guava, blueberry, gooseberry, citrus peel/rind, peppercorn, pine, cracker, white bread dough, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Light-moderate pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, floral, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of red grapefruit, tangerine, lemon, peach, pineapple, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, guava, blueberry, gooseberry, citrus peel/rind, peppercorn, pine, cracker, white bread dough, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Great complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and moderate pale malt flavors; with an awesome malt/bitterness balance, and no lingering hop astringency after the finish. Moderately crisp/clean finishing. Perfectly clean on lager flavors, with no yeasty notes. Moderate increasing dryness from lingering bitterness. Medium-plus carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, moderately bready/grainy/sticky, and fairly resinous/rindy balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 4.7%. Overall this is an excellent hoppy pale lager. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and moderate pale malt flavors; very smooth, crisp, clean, and refreshing to drink; with the modestly bitter/resinous/drying finish, not overly aggressive. Very flavorful and not watery for the ABV. Awesome Mosaic/Citra showcase. Very vibrant, juicy, and fairly dank/earthy hop complexity; with a nice clean pils malt backbone. No residual sweetness from crisp resin dryness. A very enjoyable offering, and impressive style example. Loved the hop profile as expected.
