Bottle as part of a trade with a US based friend, cheers Doug! Sampled March 2019. Pours amber orange with a pale beige cap. Aroma: toasted malts, caramel, bourbon barrel, light herbal. Taste: moderate to heavy sweet, sticky, bourbon barrel, caramel, raisins, molasses, toffee. Medium to full body with fine carbonation.

12 ounce bottle, 5/8/19. Hazy reddish amber, thin creamy tan head, good retention. Aroma of oak, peppers, toffee, cherry. Taste is toffee, cherry, oak. Hints of whiskey, Medium bodied, low carb, low booziness. Barrel character is VERY mild.

Bourbon, caramel malt, and grass aroma. Dark amber with small off white head. Very sweet brown sugar malt, bourbon, and mildly bitter hay flavor. Good body. Nice with subtle bourbon influence.

12oz bottle. Filtered looking caramel brown-amber body. Thin, soda-like head. A pretty interesting combination, the barrel sort of cuts through the malts. Boozy aroma, but pretty pleasant and drinkable for the ABV. Caramel bourbon candy touched sweetness. Pretty solid offering. Full bodied, but not quite in the overbearing realm.
