Vanilla, coconut, chocolate malt, yeast, and fresh hay aroma. Dark brown with moderate light brown head. Moderately sweet yeasty vanilla, coconut, chocolate malt, and moderately bitter fresh hay flavor. Good body. A unique and very good brown ale.

12 oz can from Tavour. Nose is chocolate, caramel, with hints of vanilla and coconut. Clear, very dark brown, with a medium beige head. Flavor is lightly sweet chocolate with hints of vanilla and coconut.

Pours dark brown with a small tan head. The aroma is of coconut, vanilla, and roast malt. The flavor is sweet with the chocolate, vanilla, and coconut all quite noticeable. There's also roast malt and Belgian yeast blending in nicely. The finish is roast malt and vanilla. It's full bodied and very tasty.

Can: Almost black with a thick tan head. Chocolate, vanilla aroma. Flavour is dark chocolate malt, cocoa, lightly bitter vanilla, Belgian yeast. Creamy, then gets some nice roastiness going on. Rich and hefty, but not overly clingy or sweet. Very well done.
