Gnomes from the Black Forest overtook the brewery for a period of time in 2016. This is what they did while we were knocked unconscious. So good, we've brewed it every month since they did that to us.

Pours gold with a one finger white head. It has a grainy, bready, slightly fruity aroma. The flavor features pretty assertive moderate hops bitterness with grainy, biscuity malt. This is an easy drinking beer with a good hops kick. Nice pils.

Sampled from the tap at GTMW 2018. Pours a clear yellow gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has notes of straw and grass with a bit of grain underlying. Flavor has a nice crisp grass with straw, grains and bread supporting.
