Appearance - 10 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 8 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7.5
Light barnyard, lemon/orange, biscuit malt, and straw aroma. Hazy golden yellow with moderate head. Mildly sweet citrus, biscuit malt. mildly sour Brett, and mildly bitter fresh hay flavor. Good body and balance. Nice Bretty saison.
