Some random liquor store: yellow gold with white head. Herbal and bubblegum with woody funk and dense undergrowth. Pleasant, wild and not sour. Five years old and a pleasant surprise.

500ml bottle purchased from Hoptimism and drunk at home. Light rose gold and clear with a small white head. Gentle funk on the aroma, mothball, sweet fruit, Chardonnay. Taste has a light almost wine gummy sweetness with a gentle sourness rounding out the edges of the finish. Oily body, mild carbonation. This is pretty simple stuff, but a lovely light sour.

Bottle from Hoptimism. Hazy golden colour with a slim white head. Aroma is lemon citrus and apple. Taste light spice more apple almost like a crumble. Tart to sour. Medium crisp body.

Orange. lemon, biscuit malt, yeast, and hay aroma. Hazy pale yellow with small head. Minimally sweet citrus, biscuit malt, moderately sour Brett, and mildly bitter fresh hay flavor. Good body. Surprisingly fruity - pleasant.
