Baril de Fleurs is a barrel aged Golden Sour Ale with hibiscus. Bright rose in color, the aroma accentuates the barrel aging characteristics with a blend of oak, berry, and floral notes. Leading with tart berry flavors, it melds with a slight funkiness from the Brettanomyces. Oaky barrel qualities blend with the floral and berry notes of the hibiscus before finishing sour and dry. C’est magnifique!

Hibiscus, malt, and musty hay aroma. Pink amber with minimal head. Mildly sweet hibiscus, malt, moderately sour citric acid, and mildly bitter hay flavor. Good body.
