Mint, ginger, lime, malt, and straw aroma. Golden yellow with nice white head. Moderately sweet lime, mint, light ginger, light malt, and mildly bitter hay flavor. Okay body. Artificial lime aftertaste.

Ginger and bourbon nose. Clear amber, headless. Honey, ginger, bourbon. Medium body, easy carbonation. Very much like the cocktail. Nicely done.
