All Star Ale

1957 is a one of a kind beer that was brewed just for Cincinnati’s All Star Summer. Utilizing specialty malts this English Style Mild features a unique nuttiness and caramel-like sweetness that was intended to remind you of America’s favorite ball park snack. A faint hop presence to balance the light malt body makes this a great summer time, “take-me-out-to-the-ball-game” beer.

Can. Cocoa, caramel malt, ash, and dry grass aroma. Medium brown with moderate tan head. Lightly sweet chocolate caramel malt and mildly bitter straw flavor. Body very light. Actually not a bad attempt of the Mild style - if it had more of a malt kick and better body, it would be a very nice beer.

Can: Pours very dark red-brown with a puffy, light tan head. Caramel, chocolate, biscuit aroma. Taste is caramel malt, chocolate, nuts. Toasty and nicely bodied. Really enjoyable.....this is a NICE little beer.
