Bottle: Hazy, light golden-yellow with a thick, off-white head. Aroma has a bit of orange......grain.... Taste is a mixture of fruity/corny sweetness, grain malt, and a grassy bitter. Comes across somewhat like an "almost" Imperial Pilsner.....well bodied.....pretty good.

16.9 oz bottle purchased at Lukas Liquors in Overland Park, Kansas as part of the Urban Chestnut collaboration mix pack. The pour is clear golden with a well formed and lasting one inch white head. A bunch of effervescent carbonation bubbles rise to the surface. The aroma is grass, clove, fresh cereal malt and a bit of corn vegetal as it warms. The taste is sharp corn, grainy cereal malt, and the bright clove and floral. Flavor is bright, sharp and mostly the Cream Ale character. The palate is light bodied, active carbonation and the lingering corn, clove, softly sweet finish. Based on what they were looking to make, this is really well executed. I appreciate this one, just not my sort of beer.

Bottle. Light lemon, biscuit malt, alcohol, and hay aroma. Hazy golden yellow with moderate head. Moderately sweet lemon/orange, biscuit malt, and mildly bitter hay/alcohol flavor. Good body. On the edge of being rough without quite getting there. Not bad.

Pour is a clear golden with a large white head. Aroma is a spicy white pepper and a strong clean lager malt. Odd but I liked it. Flavor is white grape and syurpy sweet malt. Finish has some spice left after the swallow that I can’t quite put my finger on. This was enjoyable but a bit weird. Heavy syurpy malt with some grape must and and odd finishing spice.
