Stone fruit medley. Although doesn't seem to have held up, most of the fruit is gone. Cereal nose. Dry.

Very fruity. Very sour and tart. Hard to pick all the fruit flavors but they are there. Overall, not exceptional but good.

Sour milk, orange, lemon, biscuit malt, and hay aroma. Hazy golden yellow with small head. Mildly sweet citrus, biscuit malt, moderately sour vinegar, and moderately bitter hay flavor. Okay body. Okay - not very fruity though.

Bottle. Pours a near. clear orange gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma is full of sour stone fruits with an acid bite and a bit of a wood backbone. Flavor is also full of sour stone fruit with some acid underlying and a bit of a funky wood note underneath.

500 ml bottle into tulip glass; no bottle dating, but is a recent release. Pours slightly hazy deep golden yellow color with a 1-2 finger dense white head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings around the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Aromas of big tart/sour lemon, cherry, peach, apricot, plum, green apple, white wine, hay, straw, oak, funk, wheat, cracker, light vinegar/leather/vanilla, and yeast/oak earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of fruity/funky/acidic yeast, fruit, and moderate pale malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big big tart/sour lemon, cherry, peach, apricot, plum, green apple, white wine, hay, straw, oak, funk, wheat, cracker, light vinegar/leather/vanilla, and yeast/oak earthiness. Moderate fruit/lactic sourness and light-moderate yeast/tannic oak spiciness on the finish; with lingering notes of sour lemon, cherry, peach, apricot, plum, green apple, white wine, hay, straw, oak, funk, wheat, cracker, light vinegar/vanilla, and yeast/oak earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Great complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/funky/acidic yeast, fruit, and moderate pale malt flavors; with a great malt/sourness balance, and zero puckering/astringent flavors after the finish. Light-moderate dryness from sourness/acidity, increasing through the glass. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, moderately acidic/creamy/grainy, and lightly tannic/sticky balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 5.7%. Overall this is a great fruited sour ale! All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/funky/acidic yeast, fruit, and moderate pale malt flavors; very smooth and easy to drink with the modest acidity. A very enjoyable offering.
