Can. Ginger, vanilla, cinnamon, caramel malt, and light straw aroma. Copper color with large tan head. Very sweet ginger, cherry, cinnamon, vanilla, caramel malt, and mildly bitter hay flavor. Good body - light alcohol finish. Spices well balanced - very sweet but not quite cloying. Good for a spiced beer.

Can: Cloudy, dark brown with a small tan head. Caramel, cherry, cola, ginger aroma. Flavour is gingerbread, caramel malt, brown sugar. Very sweet....with a mild alcohol warmth. Really nice....and not sticky or over-wrought..... Well done.
