Denna häftig spännande Dipa i fylliga tunga stilen.

Tasting at Matt's, can
Cloudy deep yellow color. Mild Band Aid in aroma, the hopping is a bit harsh, some bitter citrus, and vegetable bitterness in the final.
Not very good.

Tan, cloudy. Not much head. There's a fair bit of band-aid on this, with a bit of orchard fruit esters. Has a fair bit of bitterness, a nice earthy and slightly sulphury hop character. Malts are clean, maybe a touch of biscuity notes. Good, but would definitely prefer a bit more brightness on the hops.

16 oz. can, pours a cloudy golden with a small beige head. Aroma brings out resinous hops, candied sugar, some phenols, and biscuity malt. Flavour is rather harsh, with lots of phenols, abrasive citrus hops, some resins, and biscuity malt. Quite phenolic and just generally messy. This needs some tweaking.

Can. Floral orange caramel malt, pine, and orange peel aroma. Hazy golden yellow with large light tan head. Moderately sweet orange/pineapple, caramel malt, and moderately strong bitter pine/grapefruit peel flavor. Nice body and balance. Pretty good.

Can: Hazy, orange-amber with a frothy, off-white head. Mango, orange, pineapple, pine scent. Taste is sweet, tropical fruits, orange-peel, pine/resin. A nice blend of sweet and bitter.....a really easy drinking DIPA......very good.
