(Tap) clear, bright orange amber colour with a small cream coloured head; aroma of dried fruit; creamy palate; balanced flavour with a long, light bitter finish

Draft at Extreme Beer Fest, 4 Feb, 17. (End of my notes for this years EBF) Aroma is mild fruit, big honey sweetness, and honeysuckle. I am glad the brewer blended this with older wheat wine, it cuts down on the bitterness. Of course it still show a good hop backbone.

The mouthfeel is slick texture with mild warming alcohol after the sip. Best thing is the alcohol doesn’t overwhelm the palate. A sipper for sure but still an enjoyable blended barley wine!

Draft. Orange, peach, wheat malt, and hay aroma. Golden yellow with minimal head. Very sweet sugar, orange, peach, wheat malt, and mildly bitter hay flavor. Nice body.
