Scottish Ale. This is a full flavored beer inspired by a country that knows how to make damn good beer. Heavy caramel and roasted flavors shine, while some residual sweetness makes this beer really enjoyable. We added a hint of chocolate malt to give it a little something extra. It has a low hop flavor and aroma. The malts take center stage for this brew.

Tap. Pours clear hazel, minimal head or lacing. Aroma is malty, caramel, hint of apple and smoke. Flavor is medium sweet, minimal bitterness. Light plus body, very low carbonation. Ugh.

Draft. Toffee malt and straw aroma. Brown with moderate head. Moderately sweet cherry, toffee malt, and mildly bitter quinine/hay flavor. Good body. Nice.
