Draft. Banana, orange, clove, wheat malt, and light straw aroma. Cloudy golden yellow with nice head. Moderately sweet banana, orange, wheat malt, moderate clove, and mildly bitter hay flavor. Nice balance. Great.

Same recipe as the other US Hofbrauhaus hefes, should be merged. Pale golden with big fluffy white head. Thin lacing, medium body, medium carbonation, and beautiful banana aroma. Taste is estery banana, tart wheat, some lemon, and a hint of clove. True to the style and good.
