Doc Rem is a real gentleman, low in alcohol but full of rich flavor. Hints of roast character wrapped around a toffee like sweetness.

Tap. Pours clear Ruby black, small off white head, dissipates fairly quickly, some lacing. Aroma is roasty, hints of tasted caramel, dark bread, coffee. Flavor is light sweet, very light bitter, roasty, dark sugars, hints of smoke and coffee. Light body. Quite tasty. Really well done mild.
