Bottle @ Bakgården. Unclear golden body with a thin, fast disappearing white head. Nice aroma funky aroma, distinct wood, apple cider, apple core and cellar notes. Complex and really nice taste of smooth pale malt, apple cider, Brett, wood, funk and grapes. Balanced body and tart aftertaste with funk, fruit and acidic cider. Really nice, balanced and complex, still super easy drinkable and refreshing possible. What a superb beer.

Keg at Dylans, St Albans. A mostly clear golden orange coloured pour with a fine white head. Aroma is mealy apple. Sour lacto, baby sick, bile, earthy apple. Flavour is composed of semi sweet and tart green apple, spicy sour, mouldy wood, prickly pear sour. Palate is mild puckering sour, high prickly carbonation. Bit disappointing.

On tap at MBCC '19, Red session. Misty yellow-golden body, filmy layer that laced well. Moderate smell of ripe lemon. Mid-tart taste of orange and lemon, hints of cheese to drying end. Fine depth. Okay, not overly sour. (Copenhagen 11.05.2019).
