Brewed in October 2016. It was inoculated with a blend of Belgian yeast strains and Brettanomyces lambicus, before being aged on 340kg of Russet Apple pomace from Kent for 20 months.

[9/7/18] Draught at Beavertown Extravaganza 2018 in London. Day 1. Funk, apple, sour, some citrus, vinegar. Nice.

Keg at Beaverex '18, day two, 08/09/18. Clear golden orange with a decent off white cap. Nose is grassy, spruce, funk, citric rind, straw. Taste comprises mellow funk, damp straw, lemon drizzle, toasted grains, herb. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok but stuck somewhere between 3rd and 4th gear as I find with many a Tempus project.

Tap. Rather clear golden color with white head. Aroma is white wine funk, barrel, leathery, gooseberries. Taste is the same, almost puckering, but it still works. Fuzzy mouthfeel with fine-bubbled carbonation.
