30 November 2018. Billie's Craft Beer Fest. Cheers to Anke, tderoeck & 77ships! Clear golden with a lasting, thin, white head. Aroma of green & yellow apple, oak, apricot, unripe peach, lime, sourdough, cheese. Taste is medium to heavy fruity sour, lots of apple & apricot, light fruity sweet too with a bready & malty undertone, some sourdough, a tad hoppy bitter. Tart finish, lingering apple juice, lemon, wood, faint grassy hops in the back. Medium body, slick texture, fizzy carbonation. Very Cideresque, nice.

Keg at Casc. It pours clear copper with a small white head. The aroma is musty, spritzy, gooseberry, oily, sherbet, funk, brett and hay. The taste is crisp, dry, tart, vinous, gooseberry, sherbet, some sour candy, white wine, sherbet and light acidity with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Nice funk and white wine. Easy scoofing.

Clear pale orange to copper beer, small creamy white head, unstable, dissipates quickly. Aroma: solvent, very dirty, medicinal, don't like it! MF: ok carbon, medium to light body. Taste: acidic start, vinegar, lots of lemon juice, dirty, acidic burn, unpleasant, more lemony, meh. Really don't like this one!
