A classic extra special bitter, medium bodied and lightly hopped with a nice balance between malts and hops. This beer finishes with a slight citrus note. Don’t panic, relax, have an ESB.

Draft. Floral toffee malt and straw aroma. Hazy golden yellow with small head. Moderately sweet toffee malt and mildly bitter hay flavor. Nice body. Very pleasant.

draft - Pours yellow-amber in color and has a light hop and caramel malt aroma. The flavor is good and hoppy with enough malts to give it some body. It’s alright, though pretty average for the style.

Taste from growler at Chicago Beer Society meeting & Randy Mosher birthday party, Dec. 1. The guy who brought it said this was their "small beer." Pours brown and little cloudy, with a yeasty smell. In my well-used sampler glass, it kicked up a respectable lacy head. Definite English session beer. A distinct Burton water profile. Decently done.
