This light-bodied wheat ale marries a hint of hops with a whisker of tartness for a subtle citrus flavor. Silky smooth and refreshing, it’s the perfect tonic for 5 o’clock shadows, seven days a week.

Can pour into shaker pint glass--is labeled as "American Wheat Ale" but same art work. Appearance is hazy, pale yellow with greenish tinge, nice sparkle, 1.5-finger width fizzy white head with poor retention and trace lacing at the top of the glass. Aroma is strong wheat with milder fruity yeast contribution; dominated more by yeast as it warms. Taste is hint of lemon in first half with latter half dominated by wheat cracker. Flavor gets more faint as it warms. Palate is light bodied with thin, smooth texture, average-to-lively carbonation and dry, mild wheat/yeast finish. Overall, the appearance and initial aroma holds much promise but the flavor doesn't live up to the aroma and both weaken in the glass. Too bad.

Can: Starfruit, white grape, and corn aroma. Clear yellow, thick head. Dry, brett. Grass finish. Medium body, moderate carbonation. Not a lot of flavor and it seems overattenuated.

Can. Lemon, wheat malt, and hay aroma. Yellow with moderate but short-lasting head. Mildly sweet lemon, wheat malt, and mildly bitter green grass flavor. Body on the light side. Standard wheat ale.

Refrigerated 12 oz. aluminum can, from shrubber85 poured into a weizen glass. Slightly hazy pale yellow with medium/small white head. Aroma is nice herbal hops, medium body, medium carbonation, and some lacing. Taste is pungent hops, herbal hops, and bitter finish.

Can: Pours hazy, light yellow with a frothy white head. Lemon, grapefruit aroma. Taste is weak...orange,grapefruit-peel, wheat malt....very watery. Comes across more like a weak APA than a wheat. Pretty disappointing.

Tap. Pours hazy yellow, small white head, nice lacing. Aroma of wheat, light lemon, grain. Flavor is the same, light sweet, light zesty metallic bitter. Light body. Just not my thing
