Erratiucs 2 is a wild apple cider aged in gin barrels creating the unmistakable aroma of a classic gin and tonic. Light sweet fruit flavors transition to notable citrus and pine, before a refreshingly clean finish.

Bottle thanks to Lindsay. Pours a clear gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges and visible carbonation. Aroma has a good amount of dry apple with some botanical with a bit of oak and funk backing. Flavor also had dry tart apple with bontanical, oak and a bit of funk underlying.

Draft. Gin, yeast, and light apple aroma. Pale yellow. Moderately sweet gin and apple juice flavor with lightly bitter dry hay finish. Good body. Interesting - the gin dominates but still with nice apple flavor.

Bottle shared by Felipe. Pours hazy pale golden, very small off-white head, dissipates quickly, some lacing. Aroma is apples, whiskey sour, perhaps some gin, potpourri. Flavor is light sweet and light bitter, weird with not much apple to note. Light body, low carbonation. This is an odd one.
