Draft. Raspberry, milk, biscuit malt, and yeast aroma. Red amber with minimal head. Lightly sweet raspberry, biscuit malt, yeast, and mildly bitter dry hay flavor. Body on the lighter side. Pretty nice - a bit like Lindeman’s Framboise.

tap - They’re calling this beer Phantom of the Embassy Raspberry Lambic now and say that it’s aged for almost a year in Satek oak wine barrels. The appearance is pinkish-red, kind of a blood orange color, with minimal head. The aroma is all about the raspberries. It tastes of sweet raspberries with a mild but pleasant tartness on the back end. I found it a little watery but that improved as it warmed and the full flavors came out. Very tasty. Well done!

Draft. Tart acetic berry aroma. Cloudy deep rose/berry with a small white head. Tart lactic raspberry flavor with a light bitter raspberry seed finish. Medium body, moderate carboantion. After the acetic aroma, I was pleasantly surprised at the lactic flavor. Well done for their first try at a lambic.
