Staying true to its German heritage, this unfiltered wheat beer embraces strong yeast characteristics that are low in bitterness. Pouring a cloudy, straw color with a creamy texture, delicious aromas of banana, & bright esters balancing the warm bready notes of white wheat makes this the perfect summertime brew.

Hazy orange, lots of foam at first cuz I served it on the warmer side. Strong wheat smell, bits of clove, banana, lemon citrus. Rather assertive flavours of the aromas that I mentioned. My can says 6.2% abv and brewed in Knoxville.
Excellent Hefeweizen!

Bottle: Hazy, dark yellow, with a white head. Tangy/sour lemon, banana scent. Taste is tart, banana, orange malt, wheat. Rather harsh feeling....a lot of citrus and little else.

Bottle. Lactic lemon, banana, clove, wheat malt, and straw aroma. Clear golden yellow with giant white head. Lightly sweet lemon, light banana, very light wheat malt, and very mild straw flavor. Very light body. Aroma okay but doesn’t come through in the taste - not much malt either.
