From Wittich, Olten. Drinking and rating it at home, Epalinges. This beer is regular, refreshing for the season, dominant sourness, dry and mineral with an interesting touch of raspberry, hop, lactose, a bit though at the palate, 10.07.2020.

(Bottle, 0.33 l - 5.6% ABV - BB 04.10.2020, from Drinks of the World, Geneva, 20190927) The beer poured golden and hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had fruitiness, spiciness, green apples and Belgian style yeast. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, honey, spiciness, Belgian style yeast, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was spicy, fruity and bitter. A confusing brew with some pleasant notes and some resembling brewing flaws.

Sampled draft @ Bierrevier. Hazy almost golden, soapy white head. Nose is lovely green litchi, chalk, hay,.. Taste is bit too harsh chalk, chemical but also white grape, citrus, pepper,… Oily. Weird too harsh chalky but grew a bit on me.

Danke an anstei. 5.1%. Säuerlicher, hefig getreidiger Beginn. Weich, die Getreidigkeit wird dunkler, die Säure konstant. Mild fruchtig, weich, hohe Süffigkeit. Gefällt. 10/11/11/10/8/11

Tap at Erzbierschof Zurich. Pours almost clear amberish yellow. Aroma is very citric, artificial, like sour candy. Body is super late, watery, with ripe banana and yeast flavours. Tastes like a Hefeweizen gone wrong. Palate turns bitter. Weird.

Tap. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is Brausetablette-yeast-funk, wheat, some spicy rye. Taste is bananas, wheat, watery, with some spicy yeasts. Oily mouthfeel, but also watery. The aroma is interesting, the taste is too German-Weizen (but more watery) for me.
