From old tasting notes. Bright orange red color. Bubbly beige head. Spicy malt nose. Bittersweet toasted malt flavor is clean and crisp. Floral hop finish. Good flavor and balance.

Bottle: Pours clear copper with a huge beige head. Toffee, woody aroma. Slightly lactic and creamy caramel malt flavor. Simple, but good.

Bottle. Light toffee malt and straw aroma. Copper with moderate light tan head. Lightly sweet toffee and moderately bitter weedy quinine flavor. Decent body. A bit harsh.

Not red really, but copper colored. Short head and lacing. Clean nose - not fruity in the least. Earthy flavor and aroma from the hops. Slightly herbal too. The malt flavors are a little weird: sweet, bubblegummy, candyish (not not extremely so). Somewhat like an altbier.
