Mit wilder Hefe hergestelltes Pale Ale, Biomalz und Hopfensorten aus Deutschland und der Schweiz. Mandarine- und Orangenaromen in der Nase, begleitet von einem leicht bitteren Abgang. Klassisch einem britischen Pale Ale nachempfunden ist auch unser Pale Ale sehr ausgewogen in seiner Bitterkeit und der Hopfenaromatik. Ein erfrischendes Sommerbier.

Süffiger, herb hopfiger Beginn auf mildem Level. Wenig würzig, helles Getreide, geringe Bitterkeit. Trockener Hintergrund, erfrischend. Unspannend. 10/8/9/8/7/8

Bottle, many thanks anstei! Surprisingly clear pale golden color with white head, pouring all the settlement makes it medium hazy. Aroma is tropical fruit hops, grassy, lovely spelt and nice funk as well. Taste is super mineraly, grass, some tropical fruit as well, but now more towards the candy funk, dry earthy finish. Fizzy carbonation, very refreshing. Blackwell always said they would never brew a Pale Ale, and even when they do, they don't. The world needs more spelt and more funk in Pale Ales!

330 ml. bottle split by 2 @ hostel in Zürich. Hazy citrus, soapy white head. Nose is very mineral, lovely funky milky white grape. Good carbonation. Low lactic, white grape, fruity, funk. Totally infected but in a super tasty lacto & mineral way, cool.

Bottle 0.33l at home, Nivala. Thanks to anstei! BBE 21.06.2019. Color is slightly cloudy golden with small white head. Aromas and flavors: Fruits, citrus, hops and malts. Very citrusy IPA.

At the Barrel Society 2018. Pours hazy yellow. Aroma is lactic funk, grassy and citric hops. Body is light, quite bitter but not lacking body. A bit soapy, perfume, but not disturbing. Little pellet flavours toward the palate. Good.
