Ins Glas ergießt sich ein orangebraunes Bier mit geringer beigen Schaumkrone. Geruch fruchtig, Ginger, Gewürze. Geschmack malzig, trocken fruchtig, Ginger, Gewürze. Sehr gelungen und gut.

Bottle from somewhere, (forgot where) consumed at Haydn & Carol’s Tuesday 4th March 2014 Pours dark amber with white head. Texture wise this is quite thick in mouth. There is an initial sweetness but with a good bite, there is plenty of ginger, even so perhaps not as much as I was expecting, nonetheless it is a tasty beer. A6 A4 T7 P4 Ov13 3.4

Flaske 0,33l fra Vinmonopolet, bestillingsutvalget. Drukket hjemme i selskap med Elsa&Kristoffer 28 Aug 13. Gyldenbrun. Lavt skum. God ingefæraroma. Smaken er passe sterk ingefær. Tørr syrlig ettersmak. En av de bedre ingefærølene.

Bottle. Yeasty, sweet and doughy ale with just enough ginger to make it interesting without turning it into a novelty. Love ginger by the way!

Bottle sample at a tasting at avrashi’s place. Thanks avrashi. Hazy golden-orange. Spicy aroma with ginger and caramel. Sweetish and spicy flavor with malt, caramel, ginger and a finish with stronger spiciness. Medium-bodied.

Bottle from Cotteridge Wines, Birmingham. Poured hazy medium amber with a thin off white head. The aroma is of malt and toffee. The flavour is weak bitter with a ginger, rich malt, liqourice, spicy veg palate. Really liked this.

Poured from a bottle it is a cloudy amber color with a slight head. The aroma is citrus and the taste resonates a sweet flavor with a ginger kick

From a 33 cl bottle shared at home. Pours a clear amber with an ecru head. Malty nose. Ginger and biscuit flavors. Moderately bitter finish.
